The 19th Annual Charity Cycle Tour
25 February 2021 - 4 March 2021

The Charity Cycle Tour is an Endurance Cycle Tour and requires a strong TEAM effort. The Tour is therefore only of interest to endurance cyclists, who would like to take part as a team member.

If you are a loner and don't enjoy long distance cycling or working as a TEAM member (both on and off the bike) then this, will most definitely not be the Tour for you.

All participants have to go the extra mile by sourcing donors or sponsors to the benefit of the Non Profit and Public Benefit Organisation in order to achieve our goals.

This TOUR is a great personal challenge to all cyclists and participants and highly satisfying due to participants personal achievements on and off the bicycle as riders go the extra mile and out of there comfort zones in many aspects, throughout the duration of this challenge.

Riders will have to be exceptionally well prepared and physically fit in order to complete the 2020 Tour successfully. The Club will happily assist riders with training programs, advice and support throughout the Training phase.

The annual Cycle Challenge managed by the Charity Cycling Club is a Tour and not a race therefore riders will be required to complete the entire distance and all the stages within the Team hence the reason for and emphasis on the monthly Training rides.

On completion of the challenge riders will be able to take exceptional pride for their unselfish contribution to the Team throughout the cycle challenge and especially regarding the results achieved for all the Charities that benefited from our Team effort.

There will be no first prize or individual winner, however all the members of our Team will be winners and Champions for their unselfish contribution to our Team effort and our Charity beneficiaries!

The Club can say with confidence that there aren't many recreational cyclists that will have similar bragging rights for completing such a tough challenge on and off the bicycle.

On completion of the 2021 TOUR riders will look back with pride on their accomplishments and will be proud of their association with their cycling family.
